Emanuel Sharp is an elite shooter with a smooth, repeatable jump shot and has proven to be one of college basketball's most efficient perimeter scorers. His ability to shoot at a high volume and percentage makes him a major offensive weapon, particularly as a catch-and-shoot threat and off-ball mover. He excels at using screens to create space, and his gravity as a shooter opens up opportunities for teammates.


Defensively, Sharp is highly engaged, often assigned to guard the opposing team’s best wing player. He competes on that end of the floor and plays with an unrelenting motor, rarely looking fatigued. However, his offensive game remains somewhat one-dimensional, as he struggles to put the ball on the floor and create for himself. If defenders run him off the three-point line, he doesn’t yet have a reliable floater or finishing package to counter them.
